IMO, it is not this case, it is remote RCPT domain, thus it can be not
my (OP) problem. Sure, here can be problem with my (OP) DNS settings,
but again, it is not this case.

Except that SRVFAIL/REFUSED in this case is not "temporary" nor
"local problem", thus that diagnostic message is useless.

I decided to try how my system deals with such domain. I use
two exims, one does MSA/MDA and second is dedicated for public
send/recieve and acts as smarthost for MSA. When i send mail to
that domain, MSA accept it, but then smarthost temporary rejects
it with right message (cannot resolve, or so), but on MSA that
message is "translated" to "temporary local problem" (as seen in
queue).

In my case i already have retry rule for rcpt_4xx (on MSA) with
short threshold (1 day), thus tomorrow i will see what will be in
bounce...
