I very much like the suits at The Windsor Knot. They have business suits (mostly Italian made) that are subtle enough for business but with an extra flair. You are not paying for a luxury brand so you can find suits there in the lower end around $450 (of course there high end suits are more). There are stores in most malls - Mega I and Mega II, Evro Center (near Kievskaya). The also have a pretty large collection of ties, cuff links and other accessories.
