Had my hair cut two weeks ago at a salon just behind the Sheraton Palace, R700.
Think it was called image laboratory or something similar. Corner of
Brestskaya/ Vasilevskaya. Very good but limited english spoken.

does anyone know a salon which charges reasonable rate $30 to 60 for a guy, is
not outside the circle road. just wondering.
