right on the card anymore but you used to get about 30% more than on Hello
Mama. And they appear to actually charge what they say they charge. Two
caveats, however: a) sometimes hard to get through (though the number for
English-language menu tends to be less busy); and b) it expires a month
after the first use, regardless of your balance.

You can try Hallo Mama.  A card costs 300 rubles, and allows you to talk for
over 9 hours.
