I'm in the process of starting up an exec search JV with a top UK agency but in
the meantime (until I find an office), we're doing some cheap/quick project
work for friends, ex-clients etc.
As we don't have nice offices to interview in etc, we're providing the service
cheaper than the usual fees but reducing the work we do for it.
Here's the process:
You give us a job description
We search all our databases (around 2.5 million people in Russia!)
We provide the SAME DAY any CVs that fit the match (of people who've made
themselves available for interviews over the previous 2-6 weeks)
You contact the people that you would like to see.
You arrange the interviews, offers etc.
You employ the person and pay us.
The fee we charge for this is 15% of the guaranteed annual package (not
25-30% that is usually charged) and some of the work requires a small
pre-payment.
We started doing this just to help friends but it's been so successful that
we're going to spread the net (via here) a little more as more staff join our
team.
In the past 4 weeks alone, we've closed an HR Director position with a famous
international company, a Project Manager position with an international
insurance company, a Trade Marketing Director position with an international
marketing agency, a Head of Legal for a western run Russian company, a Sales
Director for a Media Co, a Chief Accountant with an International sales company
and a CFO for a Telecoms company.
