Thanks for the aeroflot warning. I saw a guy earlier this year skip the queue at Heathrow with his friends who had tens of boxes of luggage after an Aeroflot man intervened. The check in woman later said they had thousands of pounds of excess luggage (this was when it was £3 a kilo). They didn't pay a thing although I did see the Aeroflot manager clutching a bottle shaped bag after speaking to the man.
