I used to write for the Russia Journal (bad Moscow
Times, bad!) and I wouldn't agree with it either. In
fact it's ludicrous on its face. The MT are in general
rather anti-Putin.

"The Moscow Times is a Kremlin mouthpiece" is the sort
of statement one would expect from a schizophenic
raving to himself on the corner, probably while
sitting in his own refuse.
