Have a friend of mine who does all its banking with Bank Moskvi... very happy 
with interest rates that definately beat the ING ones. All foreign banks tend 
to have the same approach, also counts for Raiffeisen...
Depending in whether you want to gain on long term and do not mind to freeze 
some of your money, you can also look into investing in Renaissance Capital... 
their least risky fund last year did over 16%, average risk over 30%... 
Another way would be to convert to EUR and check with DVA Invest using the 
Generali Funds on Guernsey which should do around 12% or more as well...  and 
your money is only really frozen for the first 9 months...
