Example: If she is asked “what is the purpose of your trip to the U.S.?”: She answers, to travel with my boy friend to visit his family. How long have you known your boy friend? X months (or years) and offer the councilor some proof i.e. a date stamped photo, travel tickets, what ever. However, he/ she may ask who will finance the trip and if the applicant has sufficient funds to finance herself. Having family (parents, siblings in Moscow) will definitely help, as it strengthenes one's ties to the place. I would advise your going to the interview with your g/f, as it will definitely be a moral support for her. And it will definitely protect her from being humiliated.
