Hi Ricky!
Nice to hear about your interest in biking, myself I'm also fond of biking but
you don't see too much of it. The streets are full crazy drivers and in some
parts pollution is a problem... even though the worst polluting old Russian
cars fortunately start to disappear)))
Unfortunately I don't have any info for you... :(
If you find something out please let me know... I 'll ask around myself as well
for second hand bikes)
BTW, where are you from and what do you do here?
Myself I am from Sweden, 30 y.o., head of marketing for investment company...
But I am changing job soon it seems...
BR!

bike(mountain bike or tour bike preferred). Will be used for gettingaround

older than 5 years and have a few gears and bein good/mint condition. I am
happy to pay upto 100EUR or offer somedinner/wine arrangement :-)Also
appreciate hints about bike shops or places where you can get aquality second
