If one knows the hardware well, it won't take longer than 30 mins to set it up! ;-) Having some IT knowledge, I can say that the problem usually lies with understanding the router and network setups.
All big providers are same here. I use Akado (aka Comcor) and their representative said that he will deal only with the connection to a PC when I pointed him on my wifi router. I personally do not like Corbina, I have heard several unconfirmed stories that their workers intentionally damage equipment of other providers when they lay their cables...
