I set up an "OOO" company for some business I was going to do a few months ago
but now I don't need it and I already have another one which I use!
Via Alinga Consulting, we did all the documentation, registration, opened bank
accounts, got stamps etc.
The company has a nominee director (provided by Alinga) at the moment but this
will need to change soon.
The company hasn't been used at all (confirmation of this can be had by Alinga
as they have still got all stamps etc) and all records are clean.
It cost quite a lot of money to set up properly but the name of the company CAN
easily be changed.
