I noticed there have been some announcements over the past few months, asking whether anyone knows of any small office space. There was recently an announcement by one expat list member Vincent regarding his small sized office, and I'd also like to find out if anyone is looking. I'm a Property Advisor at CBRE, and I've recently had a lot of requests to find office space from 100-200 square metres, mainly from international companies and representations. The market is tough for small tenants like this, but I've been able to uncover about 14 such premises is various areas of Moscow, and some of them are even reasonably priced (and most of them are ready to move in). So if anyone needs an office quick, I can certainly show you quite a good selection of premises. You would be required to pay a fee (which can be agreed upon), however we also negotiate the lease agreement for you, which protects you in future dealings with notoriously unreliable Russian landlords, and can save you a lot of money and hassle in the long term. So in the end the fee is justified. Anyhow, I don't want these premises to go to waste, so I'm happy to send out a selection immediately, if anyone's interested.
