My ATM card gets charged 5USD for every transaction I make overseas (here), regardless of withdraw amount.
I have found several 15000 ruble ATMs, but would like to find 20 or 25,000 machines. Are there any ATMs in Moscow where you can withdraw more than 15000 on an international bank's ATM card? Thanks. Bernard Jacobsen
