Tony,

If you are using an Akado internal IP address, I know that they
restrict some outgoing/incoming ports (you can ask them a question
about this by mailing [EMAIL PROTECTED]).

For all ports to be open, you have to request an external IP -
however, you will have to pay additional 90 rubles per month.

There may be also an issue with your router - you may have to set up
forced port forwarding in the router to the PC you are trying to
connect from.
