I don't have a company who does this but, I recently had to renew mine and my previous person vanished. So, I referred to my car service center and that's the key. Find someone who benefits from 'helping' you ie. your service center, parts man, auto club, insurance, towing service. Most of these guys have connections. In the end, I payed 4k rubles this year.
