@Matthew *BUT it's in the US which is not great for a Russian audience. Locally hosted sites are faster in most cases and often there are issues with the trans-Atlantic Internet lines. I always recommend Russia-based hosting if your audience is here.
It's worth noting that Google assigns quality scores to websites based on their load speed, a locally hosted site can give you a lower CPC (cost per click) if advertising with them, saving you money and increasing usability for your customers. IMO Masterhost is the best bet here at the moment. Also - can you please offer a disclaimer before pushing your Dreamhost affiliate code.
