Nick,

I've been checking out a few and would recommend Liden and Denz (lidenz.ru). 
They're not the cheapest but the classes are good; of course that also depends 
on you in a way...

I prefer small group tuition, as I learn a lot from the mistakes others make, 
but that's really a very individual thing, I guess. If you're prepared to spend 
the extra money, and if you're willing to put in the time and work necessary to 
really benefit from 1 to 1 (besides the actual classes), you'll certainly learn 
more in less time.
