Supermarket and 24h shops nearby, quiet place, peaceful neighbours. Flatmate in another room: very quiet Russian girl, non-smoker, interpreter (eng), vegetarian. Cost: 17.500 RUR per month Extra: electricity, phone, Internet Security deposit to owner: 15.000 RUR Although I`ve being living here for 1.5 month, I don`t intend to charge whole sum of agent`s comission i have payed.
