Marina, I highly advise carrying flash cards around with you where ever you go and going over and over the top 100-500 GRE words for the verbal section. You can do this on the way to work and back, while waiting for the metro etc. Especially if you are not a native speaker, these words will be tough! Also, read as many scientific articles as you can, they love to put those on the test. You know, things about mountain formations, space discoveries etc.
