Dear Expat Listers...
One can say whatever one wants... but I do believe that most of the criticism
given to Buddies is unjustified...
I had twice take-away and once ate at the restaurant... all three times the
food was excellent, family and friends enjoyed it too...
The management is very friendly and open to hearing you opinion... very easy to
communicate with and always present...
Regarding the concept... everybody their taste... but I think it is far from
tasteless... takes a bit getting used to, but can hardly call it a failure, far
from...
And if even those who know what Singapore cuisine is all about appreciate the
flavors, than I would suppose that those who have a problem with it should get
their taste palatals checked out or refraign from commenting on a cuisine they
know nothing about...
Comparing Buddies with Turandot and the likes is absolutely unjustified...
completely different concept... and I do not think that you get more value for
money when you focus on the food!!
Would be great if one could use credit card to settle the bill... but apart
from that, two thumbs up for Buddies!!
