I used to buy the fancy Italian work shirts and get them dry cleaned. I still
wear them but not as much as before, the reason why......

My advise. Next time you go to the U.S. buy a bunch of Brooks Brothers "non
iron shirts". The quality is good and you simply take them out of the washing
machine and hang them up. They "dry up" the same as if you took them to the
cleaners. The difference:

- you save the hassle of going to the cleaners ,waiting in line, watching them
fill out all the paperwork in a painstakingly slow fashion, not having change
for your money, scowl on their face etc....

-in Moscow you are paying 2 to 5 times what you pay in NYC for dry-cleaning
(which adds up) not to mention that the shirts themselves are reasonably priced
compared to Moscow retail prices

-The shirts last longer then those you dry clean

Any advise where I can get dress shirts laundered and starched - (NYC
Chinese laundry starched!) My experience over the years is that they come back
limp
and I can do a better job myself at home. I just want a nice crisp job like
any big city in the world.. help.. thanks.
