Regarding the issuance of a visa ni Dublin --- she must prove that she has residence there --for business if she is to get the viss there. This is easy enough -- Gas bills == Irish bank account etc -- Then she goes to the consulate with the invitation letter and gets the visa procesed there. There is no agency as such in Dublin yet
