Hi everyone:
My car is due to undergo its first technical inspection (techosmoter) with the
ГИБДД (traffic police) in April 2009. The car is registered in my own name.
Since I am a foreigner, I have to re-register the car each year at the ООИГ
(traffic police's department for servicing foreign citizens). Does anyone know
where I should go to get the technical inspection done? Is there a special
location for foreigners or can I just go to any technical inspection point?
