Hello Expats, George Dole here. Am looking for an Aikido dojo in Moscow. Have Brown Belt in Japanese Okinawa-style karate, Shorin-Ji. It is a very small school and I do not think my style has a dojo here. My university club dojo happened to train us for full-contact competition which I did for a while. Almost everyone who passed their Black Belt test in our dojo incurred chronic joint injuries. I only wanted to know self defense. Not looking to compete anymore but just to stay in shape. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
