Dear listers,
one of my colleagues has been in a way "trapped" by an HR agency promising him
to get a quota for him to work in his comapnyand now at the end of its visa
period he is told that "sorry we did not manage to get it, ..... try next year"
Could any of you tell me who to contact for helping to solve such a problem ?
He is French. (and it is not me)
