Unfortunately technologists do not speak English but our Marino based secretary/telephonist Anya does speak English as does our General Director Tanya Korzun. Either could help out if there was a specific question and the clothes were brought directly to the main facility at 32 Ulitsa Bratislavkskaya in the Marino region. Alternatively you could drop the clothes off at a convenient collection point, highlight the problem with the receptionist and ask or write out a request for a call back in English before the clothes are processed.
The web site is actually in a redesign process at the moment to bring the front page more dynamic with continuous updates for special offers.
The Veterans and Romantic Dinner offers are a couple of the offers we make every year but agree this needs to be clearer. Any other comments on the web site welcome.
