Hello, I'm looking for highly recommended builders for an elite capital remont on a 300sqm centrally located apartment. It would be very useful if the manager speaks English. Distinct preference for a brigade that's been together over several projects rather than a collection of sub-contractors. Assuming the builders do not handle 'approvals', I'm also looking for someone with relevant experience to handle the complete process from approving architects plans through BTI sign-off. Thanks
