Andrey, even though the TV series "The Nanny" may have originated in the U.S.,
that's no reason to hold your distaste for it against all expats - it's simply
not a good reference point.
What business is it of yours if someone, Russian or expat, wants to hire a
nanny? What studies have you made of how successful the "nannied" children will
or won't be? Who is anyone to say it can't be a career?
In terms of calibration, please turn the thermostat down on prejudice and
xenophobia!
