Hi All - I am helping my former landlady rent out the apartment that was my home in Moscow. Great place for a single, couple, roomates, or even small family. No agents(or agent fees) here involved if you contact the landlady directly (she only speaks Russian), although the place is cross listed with agencies in town. The landlady prefers to rent direct to a "stabilny" and responsible expat, and she is herself is a very good landlady to have and responsive to whatever needs you may have. Long term preferred. She also does kindly ask for serious inquiries only to show it (AND NO AGENTS). Available on November 1st.
