We need some extra room for a law firm. About 90-100m2, 3 to 4+ rooms, UNFURNISHED, within the circle road. According to cian.ru a reasonable going rate is about 80,000-90,000 rfr, we are willing to pay that. In this market, we are much less willing to pay agent commissions. Probably prefer something in the "residential fund" as it's more controllable in terms of security, etc. Alternatively we will look at office space, but prefer an apt. Suggestions? Thanks. Oh yes... so what were the recommendations for a driving school: MSU Drive and Master-Drive, any others?
