Hi everyone-
I'm looking to sublet my apartment on Pokrovka street (Kitai-gorod/
Chistye prudy metro) for 2-2,5 months available first week of December.
I will be outside of the country for work, and would love to rent the
place to a responsible professional or student who is planning on a
short-term stay in Moscow.
It's a 2-room apartment (bedroom and a large sitting room) in an early
20th century 'modern' house with a balcony and a great view on
historical Moscow (you can see Kremlin from my balcony!) from its 6th
floor.
Apartment has:
- furniture (there's a queen-size bed and a big leather sofa,
kitchenware, working table, storage place etc)
- appliances (washing machine, big refrigerator, hoover)
- large TV set, wifi and satellite TV
- landline and fax
The place is in the heart of Moscow, walking distance to anywhere in
the centre. Amazing neighborhood: pond, boulevard, great bars around
(5 min walk to Krisis Genre, 10 min to Propaganda), two cinemas, 24-
hour photolab, supermarket and movie/music store on the same street.
The rent is $1500 a month, have two requests: I need to get payment
for 2 months in advance (the 3rd one is negotiable) and keep my things
in the apartment (most notably books/CDs/movies).
