Hi.

I've vacated my terrific, lovely apartment in the centre a week ago.
Reluctantly, I moved on to something a bit bigger. I've gone through the
painstaking Moscow - apartment hunting process thrice now. As most of you
can imagine I would prefer to not let anyone else who's facing the same
tough period of inspecting dozens of ugly pink-leather-couch places miss out
on the real estate gem I just left at 1, Bolshaya Sadovaya. Gem, as it's
been decorated very pleasantly and tastefully, even for non-Moscow
standards... Took me 40-45 inspections before I found it.
See for yourself:

It's not an amazing bargain, I guess, at EUR 2000 / RUB 90.000 p/m and am
afraid that there's little to no space for bargaining with the (friendly)
landlord.
But as bag maker Aldi Gucci once put it: quality is what remains after you
forget what you paid for it. ;-)
The landlord is willing to register an expat-tenant there, which saved me
personally a lot of hassle (and it was included in the price!). Water,
electricity, wifi included too. I was the first inhabitant after the full
renovation and left it spick & span. Size in meters: 77m2, 253 feet, small
balcony, bath, A/C x 3, windows well isolated.
Feel free to contact me for questions: [email protected].

(By the way, I'm not earning anything on this, just want to help!)

Best regards and hopefully this message is helpful, Bas Godska
