2 room (one bedroom) apartment 2 real minutes walk from the metro Sokol (House with the Pizza restaurant and Ramstore in the first floor). 2 nd floor, view on Leningradski pr. GOOD situation inside (See photos on http://redtape.ru/forum/showthread.php?t=36092), climatiser in bedroom and living-room, metallic door, kitchen with all appliances and furniture, washing machine. Internet: Akado AND Corbina ready to be connected, just subscribe to the service. The landlord is a very kind Russian lady, she will never enter the place when you are not here, will not change the rental terms after signing the agreement, will not disturb you for anything! She calls once a month to arrange a meeting for the payment. NO AGENCY/AGENT fee, so please dear Agents, no need to reply: The place will be rented directly. Thank you. AGAIN as I already received a few calls: NO AGENT/AGENCY/MIDDLEMAN/MIDDLEGIRL/SCAMMER/ETC Current price we pay is 35000 rub/month, it will not be increased. One month deposit or last month, to agree with the tenant. Place is available on JANUARY 13th 2010, but MAYBE a few days earlier, not sure yet. Anyway 13-01-2010, sure.
