Dear all, I am looking for a new flatmate from March 2010 to share my beautiful flat on Patriashy Prudy. The flat is located in a 19th century building in a quiet court yard leading directly to the pond. Nearest metro stations are Mayakovskaya and Pushkinskaya. Very classic interior with dark wooden floors throughout the flat, high ceilings and exposed brick walls. The flat has two big rooms (ca.20-25 sqm) and a large kitchen which we use as a sitting room and a very nice bathroom. Along the long corridor there are two big in- build wardrobes. There is a washing machine and an internet connection. You would be living in one of the two rooms facing the courtyard.
