Dear Chris, International clinics in Moscow do not provide facilities to deliver a baby, it is only possible in Russian clinics. The most recommended is "Perinatal Medical Centre" (www.perinatalmedcenter.ru, it is near metro stations Profsoyuznaya, Novye Cheremushki), operates as a private maternity clinic and provides facilities according to the Western standards. Here is a lot of discussion, sugesstions and feedback from moms who had their children in this center: http://www.expat.ru/forum/health-care/37841-neonatal-care-giving-birth-russia.html All the best! Anna
