Guys means everyone sometimes....it's a common used phrase by men and women 
alike to men and women!

Elitny means fully qualified and good.....not a used car salesman who's 
teaching just because he can speak English!

Let's not be too picky please as we'll put people off from asking questions.

Also, Ivor's Irish so English isn't his first language ;)
