Dhl and ups have massive problems with parcel clearing in general
now . I'm not sure if they have sorted them out as of today. But we
had over 25 low value parcels stuck there for months. Better to call
dhl and ups and ask if they are even accepting parcels or call amazon
and ask. LL Bean for example does not even accept an order shipped to
Russia as recently as two weeks ago. Customs crackdown as we were told.
