Dear List Folks,
I am hoping to get the info I need from this posting...I am back in the
States after being in Russia, then Italy. In both these countries I was able
to use my Samsung cellphone by just "signing up" with a big wireless provider
in first Moscow, then "TIM" in Rome and getting a SIM card to insert. I
thought I could do the same with AT & T in the States but I was informed that
my phone needs to be unlocked first. I remember reading postings on this forum
re locking and unlocking but don't remember what was said...Thank you for any
clear and brief info you all can share...
