Dear list, I am thinking of buying a camcorder in the US, where it is cheaper. The only (potential?) issue is that it is NTSC.
I realize that if I copy the digital video to my computer and later send it around or burn it to a DVD, the PAL/NTSC issue will not be important. My question is basically, if I plug the camera into a TV to watch playback, will it work in Russia? thanks in advance, John
