Sure it's possible but if he goes through the proceedure offically,
and has never done it before, he should give up teaching tennis for a
few months, get gost certification certificate, and gather all of
docs.. If he's an individual then even different rules apply. Dhl and
other couriers had massive problems with customs so now only by the
official rule book.. Good luck! by the way give DHL a ring and ask
them how much they charge for all of this including shipping, make
sure you're sitting down when you hear the number..

A buddy of mine works in DHL he says that its possible to bring in
this piece of equipment into Russia. I have attached an information
