All, Pass this on if you know anyone looking for a place, I'm targeting to vacate 1st half Sept, date to be finalized with outgoing tenant in my new space. So I 'm trying to help my landlord find a new tenant because he has been good for the past four and a half years.
Krasina 19/1 is about 10 min walk to Belorusskaya Metro and 8 to Mayakovskaya, about 6 minutes to the Garden Ring/Malaya Bronnaya. The place is a two room, ca 50-55 sqm in total. It is un-renovated but fine, very good parquet floors. There is a large balcony (big enough that I put a twin mattress on it and slept there during the recent heat wave), excellent views towards White Square, Ducat. The refrigerator, washing machine, steel entry door were newly installed when I moved in (April 2006). The building is well built so is warm in winter and the sound insulation between neighbors is very good. There are two lifts, one a goods lift large enough to move in furniture. The building has a concierge (dejurnaya), coded entry, and the lobby and common areas are clean and well lit. I loathe to leave the neighborhood, but must. Grocery shopping: Perekrostok, 7-moy Kontinent, Azbuka is opening on Bol Gruzinskaya. Outdoor market on weekends right on Tishinskaya Square. There are an abundance of ATMs (Raiff, Citi), apteki, dry cleaning, barber shop etc within a few mins walk. Flat is equidistant from both Correa's Bol. Gruz, and Ducat and tons of eateries + *bucks close by. There is a gym and swimming pool a few doors down Zoologicheskaya which charges only 250 RuR per visit, (plenty court yards/parks with parallel & chin up bars, nearby for free). Price is 55,000 RuR per month.
