If she's that good, why are you paying her such a paltry wage - $5 or less
per hour? Such a good worker is worthy of a better wage, wouldn't you agree?
Here in Rye, NH, I pay about $60 PER PERSON per hour for good maid service
(that's how long it takes four women to clean my house - without the deep
cleaning and laundry services you describe).
