There is a framing/art supply shop near the New Tretyakov Gallery -- it's a free-standing building on the corner of the street that runs along the bridge (where the entrance to the Gallery is) and the street that runs along the river. They framed a number of embroideries for me -- all old and very valuable to me -- and did a terrific job. I'm sure they could replace the glass with no problem.
