We just submitted my husbands TPR documents. His visa is registered by a University but we went to the district medical offices-the ones where he will be living(my appt.)...you know there is a list of them for each district in fms site. And in Moscow there is just 1 FMS offie that is responsible for accepting documents..its in VNYKOVO-across the airport in the small city.
