Vladimir, MTS has introduced the unlimited Internet option BIT at 199 rubles per month. There are some limitations, though, bandwidth goes down to 64K after 5 Mb download in an hour (and to the end of this specific hour) and to 16K after 70 Mb download in a full day, but these may be compensated by various extra paid options, i.e. turbo button, unlim for 1 day etc. when in emergent need for big downloads.
