Oh I love that, expect $10,000 per month average compensation, no regard to
whether you are an  executive or a security guard, whether the employer is a
fortune 500 or a small NGO, whether you failed high school or have a PhD, or
whether you have 1 year experience or 20.   Good joke to start the holidays

You should negotiate for nothing less than 10000 USD per month, relocations
costs are not much as you get fully furnishes appartments in moscow so that
should not be a issue, try and live in the centre of the ring its safer and
