I'm looking to sublet my 80msq, two-room flat for Dec 25th-Jan 13th, while I'm
out of Moscow. The flat is located on a quiet street, 1 min walk from Arbat, 5
minutes walk to Arbatskaya metro station, 15min to the Kremlin. It's fully
furnished, big kitchen, balcony, lobby with a concierge, first floor.
Basically looking to offset my rent so asking RUB55k for the entire stay +
cleaning fee (RUB2-2.5k) + a security deposit. Let me know if you're interested.
