Hi everyone, I am new to this list. Searching for decent accomodation, directly from the owner, for around 15.000.
I suppose that this budget allows for only a room (should be decent, clean, freah, quiet, well-connected), or a flat - natuarlly in this price-range can't be expected to be in best conditions and/or would be expected to be located quite far from the center? Anyway, if someone has something to offer, please send me a private email, preferably with some information of flat-mates and photos of the room and the flat and a short description of the neighbourhood. I am a social and funny guy, well-educated, for me work is very important. I do respect other people's privacy and that is very important for me as well in return.
