We are relocating our family from the U.S. to St. Petersburg in late July and want to bring our two dogs with us. Please help me understand the "import" process.
1.) What documents/stamps/certificates do I need for the dogs? 2.) What fees or duties are involved? 3.) Is there a time limit for which our dogs' health certificates are valid? 4.) Do I need additional documentation for the country through which we will transit en route, or do I only need to be concerned with the Russian end? Thanks for your advice! Anne Nabors
